Teachers' Lounge
Teachers are connected to each other and to a larger network of educators through a monthly event called Teachers’ Lounge. Usually hosted at the MLA office, this event features guest speakers, food and wine, and provides a comfortable and nontraditional forum for teachers to discuss ideas, support each other, and network. Each month the event features the work of an enterprising teacher as well as a community-based organization.
